By using BhaktiMala (the website at bhaktimala.app and the mobile app), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. About BhaktiMala

BhaktiMala is a Hindu devotional platform providing daily Panchang, Aarti, Bhajan, Chalisa, Mantra, Ekadashi dates, and Shubh Muhurat. All content is provided for informational and spiritual purposes only.

2. Use of the Service

• You may use BhaktiMala for personal, non-commercial spiritual and devotional purposes.
• You must not copy, scrape, redistribute, or republish content without written permission.
• You must not use the service in any way that disrupts, damages, or impairs it.
• Automated access (bots, scrapers) to content pages is not permitted.

3. Content & Accuracy

Panchang, Muhurat, and astrological content on BhaktiMala is calculated using traditional Vedic methods and is provided for guidance only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of dates, timings, or astrological interpretations. Always consult a qualified Pandit for important ceremonies.

4. User Accounts

BhaktiMala does not require an account. An optional sign-in (Google or phone) enables cross-device sync of bookmarks and puja history. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks on BhaktiMala are the property of BhaktiMala or its content providers. Devotional texts (aarti, bhajan, chalisa, doha) are in the public domain; original translations, design, and presentation are proprietary.

6. Advertisements

BhaktiMala displays advertisements through Google AdSense on the free tier. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

BhaktiMala is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Use of the service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BhaktiMala and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BhaktiMala after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
